摘要: 四川盆地火山岩地层蕴含丰富的油气资源,储层埋藏深、多压力系统、可钻性差、高温高压、安全窗口密度窄、井壁稳定性差等诸多难题给钻井工程带来了巨大挑战。针对该区地质和工程难点,提出了四川盆地火山岩优快钻井技术:优化形成的火山岩专层井五开五完井身结构方案,有效封隔井下复杂压力系统;采用针对不同地层的高效钻头,配套多种提速工具的复合钻进技术,提高了高研磨地层平均机械钻速;精细控压钻井技术应用于窄安全密度窗口、多压力系统地层,实现了井底压力的动态平衡控制,钻井液漏失量降低 86.7%以上;研发的防塌封堵油基钻井液体系,确保了井眼畅通、保持了井壁稳定,减小了复杂地层钻进的井下复杂情况。结果表明,应用该优快钻井技术,提速效果显著,为加快该区块勘探开发提供了技术保证。

Abstract:

The Permian volcanic rocks in Sichuan basin contain rich oil and gas resources. The reservoirs are buried deep, and the deep wells are faced with many difficulties, such as multiple pressure systems, poor drillability, high temperature and high pressure, narrow safety window density, and poor wellbore stability problems, which bring great challenges to drilling engineering. In view of the geological and engineering difficulties, the optimal and fast drilling technology for volcanic rocks in Sichuan Basin is put forward. Optimization of the construction plan of the five-spud in and five-completion well in the volcanic rock zone which adopts the compound drilling technology of high-efficiency bit for different strata and supporting various speed increasing tools, the average mechanical drilling rate of difficult-to-drill formation is effectively increased. Fine controlled pressure drilling technology is applied to narrow safety density window and multi-pressure system formation, realizing dynamic balance control of bottomhole pressure, the loss of drilling fluid was reduced by more than 86.7% . The developed anti-collapse and plugging oil-based drilling fluid system ensures smooth borehole, maintains wellbore stability and reduces downhole complexity. The results show that this technology is remarkable, which provides a technical guarantee for accelerating the exploration and development of the block.
